International Showcase
Out of a universe of 2926 submitted films, this year's International Program maintains its ten programs, bringing to the public of the Sao Paulo International Short Film Festival a total of 61 films from 38 countries.
Once again, the program seeks to offer a mix of Judge-awarded and audiences films at the world's biggest festivals with a new wave of talent that catches the eye of our selection committee.
In addition to the members of the selection committee who every year are ready to watch and debate the enrolled films, the International Program also had the participation of audiovisual students who make up the project On Vision, which opens the Festival for the participation of future directors, bringing a young and fresh look to the composition of the programs.
Based on its vocation to reflect quickly the tensions and discussions of the moment, Sao Paulo ISFF once again celebrates short films in their inner characteristics of boldness in language, in a constant interchange of generations.
